I started my personal blogging journey in 2014. At that time I knew little to nothing about the blogging world, how it worked, and if it was something I was ready to constantly manage. I’m more confident now. After 2 years of being a fashion blogger for NYLON Magazine Japan, I decided to stand again on my own feet.
Offline, my biggest dream came true when I married this gorgeous man in July 2015 and I became Mrs. Ikeda. Baby Ikeda came right after. And so Japan become my second home. It’s been a new and exciting chapter.
Taiga (my husband) has taught me many valuable lessons. When the going gets tough, he reminds me that things don’t have to be perfect. Not everything is an “Instagram moment” or a fast “tweet”. Turn the phone off and be present for the real life moments.
It’s incredible what can happen when you let go of the “what ifs” and jump for what you love. Passion is the key in everything.
